Joe Greemore

Pastor Joe Greemore is honored to serve as the Lead Pastor of First Baptist Church Stilwell. With more than 20 years of faithful ministry experience in a variety of pastoral and leadership roles, Joe has a passion for preaching God's Word, building authentic relationships, and helping people grow in their faith. He believes the church is God's family—a place where people can experience grace, hope, and the love of Christ.

Originally from northeast and central Kansas, Joe and his wife, Shelby, are grateful to be back in their home state. They, along with their children, Corbany, Addyson, and Greyson, joined First Baptist Church Stilwell after serving in ministry on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The Greemore family is excited to be part of the Stilwell community and looks forward to seeing all that God has in store as they serve alongside the church family.
Donna Rains

Donna has faithfully served First Baptist Church Stilwell and the surrounding community for more than 20 years. With a heart for serving others, she diligently organizes resources, coordinates volunteers, and helps connect people with the support they need.

Through her leadership of the church's food ministry, Donna has been a tremendous blessing to countless individuals and families by helping provide food and encouragement to those facing difficult times. Her compassion, organization, and dedication have made a lasting impact on both the church and the community.
​
Donna is the proud mother of two children and enjoys spending her free time with her grandchildren, who keep her happily busy.
Sylvia Niccum
Praise Worship Leader

Sylvia has had a passion for Jesus Christ and for music since she was a child. She considers it a joy and privilege to lead others in worship, helping the church focus their hearts on God through music and praise.

Sylvia is the proud mother of her teenage daughter, AmandaLynne. In addition to serving in the church, she teaches Spanish in a neighboring community. Outside of work and ministry, Sylvia enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and traveling together to create lasting memories.

Angie Emerson

Angie joined the staff of First Baptist Church Stilwell in February 2025 and has a heart for serving others and supporting the ministry of the church. She considers it a privilege to use her gifts to help strengthen and encourage the body of Christ.
​
Angie has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1992. Together they have two grown children who are married and have blessed them with grandchildren. Outside of church, Angie loves spending time with her grandkids, creating lasting memories with family, and traveling with her husband to experience the beauty of God's creation.
Nancy Rains
Facility Department
Nancy has faithfully served First Baptist Church Stilwell since 2010 as our church custodian, helping care for our facilities with dedication and excellence. Over the years, she has also invested in the lives of children and students by serving in both the Children's and Youth Ministries.
Nancy is the proud mother of four children and enjoys spending time with her family. Her servant's heart and commitment to the church have been a blessing to our church family for many years.
